King Fahd International Airport (IATA code: DMM, ICAO code: OEDF) is a giant international airport located 15 kilometers northwest of Dammam, the capital of the Eastern Province and the third largest city in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is named after the late King of Saudi Arabia and guardian of the two holy sites, Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and covers an area of 35.07 square kilometers.

King Fahd International Airport was completed and put into use in 1999, becoming the third main airport in Saudi Arabia after King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.

The Problem

King Fahd International Airport needed an effective, low profile queuing system for their check-in area.

The Solution

Traust recommended and provided the dual-belt post with low profile base for this job. Related item code is DBP-35IOS.

 - Dual-belt makes the queueing more effective.

 - Low profile base makes it safer and more convenient for the luggage to pass through.

Client Response

The customer was delighted with the quality and effectiveness of the queue post Traust provided.

Also they were impressed with Traust’s customer service and delivery in time to their needs.
